Céleste Napoléon LaFlamme Bonaparte
MA Student + Contemporary Artist
Contemporary Art, Books, Ballet
Céleste Napoléon LaFlamme Bonaparte just screams rich kid, right? His favorite contemporary piece entitled, “The Flamming Fam,” —obviously created by the maestro himself under his moniker Enflammé. It features an empty room save for half an XXtra Flamin’ Hot Cheeto outside a blue-glass cube, which encases the remaining crumbles of the hot cheeto. Céleste is so proud that the sculpture is able to highlight the plight of the dissolution of Mexican families affected by the current political climate created by Agent Orange in this riveting installation that just makes you want to slap him.
